<br />Nebraska, to Gustav Baasch, son of the Testator, in absolute title, upon condition however that
<br />the said Gustav Baasch shall pay to his mother, Minnie Wiebke Baasch the sum of $150. annually
<br />as long as she lives.
<br />It is therefore considered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that under the provisions of the
<br />Last Will and Testament of Carl Bausch, deceased, all of the above mentioned and described real
<br />estate, belongingto the testator at the time of his death did pass and descend in the manner
<br />following:
<br />To Minnie Wiebke Baasch, Lots Five and Sig in Block Seven in Windolph's Addition to Grand Island,'
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska.;
<br />To Ernest Baasch the West Half of the Borth Bast quarter of Section Fourteen in Township Ten in
<br />Range Ten and the forth East quarter of the South west quarter of the South Bast quarter of
<br />Section Thirteen, in Township Ten in Range Ten all in Hall County, Nebraska, on condition how.
<br />ever that the said Ernest Baasch pay annually to his mother Minnie Wiebke Baasch the sum of $150.;;
<br />To John Baasch, son of the Testator, the North East quarter of Section Fourteen in Township Ten,;
<br />inRange Ten and the North west quarter of the South West quarter of the South East quarter of
<br />Section Thirteen, in Township Ten, inRange Ten, all in Hall County, Nebraska, in absolute title
<br />subject however, to the payment by the said John Baasch, of the sum of $250. annually to Minnie
<br />Wiebke Baasch, his mother, during her lifetime;

<br />of the South East quarter of Section Thirteen in Township Ten in Range Ten, all in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, in absolute title, on condition however that the said Henry 1�sasch shall pay to his
<br />mother, Minnie Wiebke Baasch, the sum of $150. annually, during her life time;

<br />foregoing copy of Last will and Testament, certificate and Final. Decree, In the latter--of the
<br />Rotate of Carl Baasch, Deceased. with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court,
<br />that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that
<br />said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has
<br />no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of
<br />said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation ip in due form of
<br />law.
