Nebraska, . as to the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased; that the time so allowed for filing claims has fully'' expired and that all claims outstanding against said deceased not so filed. if any such there bey z are therefore forever barred and excluded; that all claims filed and allowed against the estate of said deceased have been paid and satisfied. It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Uourt that all persons are forever barred and precluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands of whatsoever nature against the estate of Carl Baasch. deceased. The Court finds that the said Carl Baasch departed this life on the 25th day of September. 1920, that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he left a last will and testament which instrument was duly proved, allowed and admitted to probate in this court on the 8th day of January.. 1921 and recorded in this office.
