<br />County, do hereby certify that on the 9th day of December, 1920, the instrument purporting to be
<br />the last will and testament of Carl Baasch, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That
<br />on the 8th day of January 1921, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly
<br />proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the- real personal estate of said
<br />Carl Baasch, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court
<br />aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 15th day of August, 1921, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Minnie Wiebke Baasch, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Carl Bausch, deceased, it
<br />satisfactorily appearing to the Court from the proof now on file that notice has been given by
<br />publication to all persons interested in the Betate of Carl Baasch, deceased, as to the'filing
<br />of such report and of the time appointed for final settlement of the estate of said deceased,
<br />as,.= required by law and by the order of Court dated July 28th, 1921. ,
<br />On consideration of said report and of the evidence in support thereof the Court finds that said
<br />Executrix has accounted for all of the estate of said deceased which came to her possession, and that
<br />her report is true and correct in all respects and ought to be allowed; that she has paid the egad
<br />bequests of One Thousand Dollars each to Martha Knuth and Anna Wegner, as provided in the last
<br />Will and Testament of the said Carl Bausch, as well as the expenses of administering the estate
<br />of said deceased and that the remainder of the personal property now in the hands of said
<br />Executrix descends to her under the terms of the Last Will and Testament of said deceased.

<br />and every year as long as she lives One Hundred Fifty Dollars.
<br />I hereby appoint my beloved wife Minnie Wiebke Bausch the sole executrix of this my last Will
<br />and Testament without bond. .'
<br />In Testimony, whereof I hereunto set my hand and publish and decree this to be my last Will and
<br />Testament in presence of the witnesses below, this the 16th day of November One Thousand Mine
