<br />Deceased. j Now:, on this 12th day of February, 1921, this cause came on to
<br />be heard upon the final reT)ort of Joseph Ed.Cunningnam,Administrwtor of said estate,and his pe-
<br />tition for a settlement thereof,and it appearing from the proof on file herein that due and
<br />legal notice,as by law and the orders of this Court, required, has been given to all persons in-
<br />terested in said estate of the filing of said report and the time "xid place for hearing thereon,
<br />and there being no objections thereto and said tiv:e havinE, expired,the Court,on examination of
<br />said report,finds that it is in all respects correct and should be and hereby is allowed and
<br />a ,prov ed.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal noti.ce,as by law and the orders of this Court
<br />req ired,has been given to all creditors and persons having claims against said estate of the
<br />time and place for filing same,that said time has fully expired ar.d that all claims filed against
<br />said estate, including, costs of administration,have been paid by said Administrator,a.nd that all
<br />other claims and debts of said estate,if any exist,are forever barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Ezra M- Winslow departed this li fe, intestate,at his
<br />home in Wood River,Hall County,Nebra.ska,on July 30,1920,and was at the time a resident and
<br />inhabitar-t of said county and left property subject to administration in this cause; that he left
<br />surviving him,as his heirs and only heirs at law,the following named persons,Hannah S.E.Wirslow'
<br />his wi.dow,an.d myrtle Cunningham and Gold S.Winslow,his children,all of whom are more than twenty-
<br />one years of age,and that said -Hannah S.E.Winslow is the mother of all of said children;that said
<br />deceased died seized of the following described real estate situate in Hall Courty,TTebraska,to -wit:
<br />Lot Number Seven (7) in Block Fsin MacColl & Leflarg's Second Addition to the Village of Wood
<br />River,Nebraska,and the east eighteen feet of Lot Two (2),i.n Block Three (3) in Chamberlin's
<br />Addition to the Village of Wood River,Nebraska,which wa.s,at the time of his death,occupied by
<br />him and the said Hannah S.E- Wirslow as
<br />a homestead,and
<br />upon his
<br />death descended
<br />to his said
<br />widow for life,and subject to said life
<br />estate therein
<br />passed and
<br />descended,by
<br />operation
<br />of
<br />lawl
<br />in equal shares,to said Hannah S.E.Winslow,Myrtle Cunning'rwurl,a.nd Gold S.Winslow,in fee.
<br />Th+e Court further finds that the said Administrator has accounted for a.11 and singular of the
<br />property and estate coming into his hunds,has fully paid all debts funeral expenses,and costs
<br />of admi nistration., ��nd that there i s n.o personal property remaining in his hands for distribu-
<br />tion among the heirs of said deceased.

<br />deceased and of his said estate,have been paid in full,and that if ary other debts exist,not

<br />and descended,on the death of said deceased,i.n equal shares,to the said Hannah S.E.Winslow,widow,
<br />and Myrtle Cunningham. and Gold S.Winslow.children of said decea.sed,one -t&i ±d to each,subject to'
<br />the homestead rights and life estate therein of the said Hannah S.E.Winslow,wi.dow,and is so
<br />wwarded to them;that sui.1 estate is hereby closed,said Administrator discharged.und his bond
