S.Haux departed this life on the 2nd day of February,1921
that she was at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska and t
t
she left a last will and testament which instrument was duly proved, allowed, admitted to probate
and recorded in this office on the 17th day of March,1921.
i
q
The Court finds that the said Alma S.Haux died seized in fee of the following described rea>
estate situate. - in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska., to -wit: Fractional Lots Numbered Six
(6) and Seven (7) in Block Numbered Four (4) and Lot D of Elm Place,an addition to the City of
I
Grand Island also an undivided one half interest in Lot Number Eleven (11) bf the County
E
Sub- division of Lots Numbered Thirteen (13) and Sixteen (16) and part of Lots Numbered Eight
(8),Eleven (11) Twelve (12) and Fourteen (14) of the County Sub - division of the South -east Qua
tez
of the South -west Quarter of Section Sixteen (16),Township Eleven (11),North of Range Nine (9)
West of the 6th P. M. , said tract being a rectangular piece of ground hewing a frontage of eighty
ancthree tenths feet on Division Street in the City of Grand Island and a depth of 132 feet.
The Court finds that under the provision of the last will and testament of the said Alma
a
S.Haux,a l of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death
off the testatrix to Charles L.Haux, her husband in absolute title.
It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that all of the right, title and inter-
est of Alma S.Haux in and to the above described real estate did pass and descend at the death
of the said Alma.
