102 <br />r <br />a <br />FINAL 17CREE <br />I,Alma S.Haux wife of Charles L.Haux of Harrison Presinct in Hall County and State of Nebras a <br />being of sound and disposing mind and memory but not unmindful of the possibilities of death <br />do hereby make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former <br />Wills by me made. <br />Fi rs t <br />I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of my personalestate <br />in case that is sufficient. If my personal estate is- insufficient then that same be paid out of <br />ny real estate. And I authorize my executer hereinafter named to sell sufficient real estate <br />to pay same and to execute and deliver good and sufficient Warranty Deeds to carry into effect the <br />foregoing provisions. <br />Second. <br />I hereby devise and bequeath unto my beloved Husband Charles L.Haux all my real estate and <br />personal property of ever,; kind and nature whatsoever and wherever situate,to him and to his <br />heirs and assigns forever. It being my intention that my said husband shall inherit all of my <br />property of which I shall die possessed. <br />Tri rd. <br />I designate and request the Judge of the Probate Court to appoint my said husband Charles <br />L.Haux as executor of this my last Will and Testament Without Bond. <br />In Witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and signed and executed the foregoing will this <br />19th day of December 1903 <br />Alma S.Haux- <br />Be itr- remembered that on this 19" day of December 1903 we the undersigned were duly requested <br />the said Alma S.Haux to witness her execution of the foregoing Will aiad Testament.. We certify <br />that she signed same in our presence and in the presence of each of us and then and there declaz <br />same to be her last Will and Testament and We signed same as witnesses thereto in her presence <br />and in the presence of each other. That on the 17th day of <br />March,1921,sai.d instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and <br />allowed as the last will and testament of the real personal estate of said Alma.
