And now on this 25th day of July,1921,this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of Grant T.Seeber.administrator of said estate,and for his discharge a as such administrator;and it appearing to the court from the proof on file that all persons interested in said estate have been duly notified as required by law.and after a full examinatic of the final account6the court find that the same is correct in all respects,and ought to be allowed.and said account is hereby allowed as the final account of Grant T.Seeber,administrator. The court further finds that all debts,claims and demands against said estate.have been paid in full and that vouchers have been filed by the said administrator for all claims allowed against the said estate;that Grant T.Seeber is the husband of the said Leona Seeber,deceased, and that Roy Seeber,Hazel Seeber,Edwin Seeber,Harold Seeber,Raymond Seeber,Cecil and Clair Seeber are the sons and daughter of said Leona Seeber,deceased,and the only persons entitled to share in theestate;that the said Leona Seeber.deceased.died with the following interest in real estate.to -wit : - An undivided two - twenty- firsts interest in and to the South Half of the Southeast quarter of Section twenty-eight,township eleven.Range Bleven,West of the 6th P.M.,in Hall County.Neb- raska; that the above named persons are the only heirs of the said Leona Seeber. It is therefore ordered and decreed by the court that,& one third interest in the above described real estate be assigned to Grant T.Seeber.husband of Leona Seeber deceased,and the balance be assigned to Roy Seeber,Hazel Seeber.Edwin Seeber.Raymond Seeber.Cecil Seeber Harold Seeber and Clair Seeber, in equal shares to each. 9 And it further appearing to the c ourt that the said administrator has in all things faith- fully and justly performed and discharged all and singular the duties and obligations.which by law and the orders of the court were required of him as such administrator. and has fury accounted for and administered all of said estate and that said deceased died intestate.in Deuel Co.Neb on March llth,1920 Therefore it is hereby ordered that the said Grant T.Seeber,administrator of the estate of Leona Seeber is hereby discharged exonerated and acquitted from any and all liabilities con- cerning his administration of said estate his goings and proatedings are forever quieted.admin-
