<br />Now, on this 27th day of January, 1921, this cause c"14e on
<br />fox hearing upon tas final report of Florence W4rd,Administr4trix of the estate of Louisa E.
<br />Ward,deceased,and the Court,huving examined the records r.nd files and being fully advised in
<br />the premises,finls that due and legal notice bus been given to all ,ersons interested in said
<br />estate of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon s dd report,as heretofore ordered by
<br />the Court.
<br />hnd the Court having examined said report wnd listened to the testimony,und being, fully advised
<br />in the premise3.finds tn,.t said rel,ort is true wnd correct in wll thirgs,and that the same ought
<br />to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said idiainistratrix.
<br />The Court further finds that the sui.d Louisa E.Ward departed this life intestate at her hom
<br />in Doniphan,Ha11 County.Nebr,.ska, on the . 15th day of Mwy, 192G,and "t the time of her death the
<br />s,:;cid Louisa E.Ward w"s a, resident and inhabitant of Hall County, heara.ska.
<br />The Court further finds that due -arid legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed for filing claims against said estate,and that the time so fixed has fully
<br />expired,and that a.11 persons h4ving claims a.gLAnst said estaate,and not filed,are forever :barred ;and

<br />excluded froir, setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further -'finds that ail the debts of the said Louisa E.Ward, deceased, the expenses 4f
<br />her last sickness.und attending her ourial,have been fully I:w;d.und that no personal estate of Isaid
<br />deceased rexnai.ns in the hands of said Administratrix for distribution. a
<br />The Court further finds that the estate of said deceased was not subject to an inheritwnce �"x,
<br />under the laws of the state of Nebraska.
<br />The ' Court further finds that the swid Louisa E.Ward died seized as the owner in fee simple cif
<br />Lots Two (2) and Four (4), i.n Block Night (8),in the Original Town of Doniphan,and an undi.vi.ded
<br />c:ne -half of Lot Thirteen (13),in Mock One (1),in Burger's Addition to Doniphan,all in Hall r
<br />County ,.Nebrus".
<br />The Court further finds that the said Louisa E.Ward w-s 4 widow at the time of her death,

<br />and wn undivided one -half of Lot 13,in Block l,in - burger's Addition to Doniphan,Nebraska,all
<br />in Mali County.pasued, by absolute title, under the intestate laws of the state of Nebraska, to
