MCEASED. ) Now, on this 28th day of April,1921, this cause came on further tq be heard upon the final report of Laura Loescher.AdministratnXof the estate of Louise Loescher, deceased. On cansideration of the files the report of the Admini stratrix and the evidence in support thereof the Court finds as follows: That notice w"--s given to all persons interested of the filing of said report and of the time and place appointed for final settlement of said estate oy puolication as required by order of court dated April 16,1921; that said report is correct in every respect and ought to be allowed; that the Administrr..trix has accounted for all of the property which carne into her hands and that there remains no money° or other personal property in her possession -that notice was given to creditors as to the time allowed and place appointed for fi' ir,6 claiu.s against said estate in the manner required by 1Gw;that the time so allowed for filing cl&ims against said estate has fully expired and that no clams of any nature were filed or allowed against the estate of said deceased;that all claims outstanding against said deceased and not so filed within the time limited for filing. cla,ims,i.f any sucri exist,are therefore forever barred and excluded. it is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that all persons are forever barred.ex -'?. cluded and precluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Loui.4�e Loescher,deceased.
