<br />Now, on this 25th day of ,Tuly. 1921, this cause came on for hearl
<br />ing upon the final report of R.R.Horth,Administra:tor of the estate of ]�,ouise Hetzel, deceased, and
<br />upon his petition for the settlement of said esta,te,and the Court,having examined the records
<br />and files,a.nd being fully advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given`
<br />to all persons of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon said report and petition,as here-
<br />tofore ordered by the Court.
<br />And the Court,having examined said report,and heard the evidence,and being fully advised in
<br />the premises, finds that said report is true and correct in all things,and that the same ought

<br />to be allowed and approved as and for the find report of said Administrator,said Administrator t
<br />discharged,and said estate settled and closed.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Louise Hetzel departed this life, intestate, on the 16th
<br />day of January, 1921, and at the time of her death she was a resident and inhabitant of Hall °

<br />County, Nebra,ska,and left an estate therein to be administered upon; that the said Louise Hetzel

<br />left surviving her,as her heirs at law -and her only heirs at law,Frank A.Hetzel.George D.Hetzel,1
<br />sons of said deceased.and Lulu Hetzel Ba.i ±d,a daughter of said deceased;that the said Louise
<br />Hetzel died seized as the owner in fee simple of the easterly one -half of Lot Seven ( ?),and all
<br />of Lot Eight (8 ), in Block Sixty -two (62), of the Original Town,now City', of Grand Island. in Hall
