<br />IN THE NATIE OF GOD, AMEN
<br />I.Lucinda J.Beers of Doniphan in the County of Hall,State of Nebraska,being of sound mind an '
<br />memory and considering the uncertainty of this .frail and transitory life.dotherefore ma.ke,ordai ,
<br />publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT:
<br />FIRST,I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my .just debts and funer�
<br />al expenses as soon after my decea.sec onveniently mi y be.
<br />SECOND•After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts,I give,devise and bequeath to my
<br />beloved son.Willium H. Beers , the North half of the Northeast quarter of Section Four (24 ), in
<br />Township Ten (10) North,Range Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M.in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />THIRD,I give and devise to my beloved daughter,Mary A.Cleal,the South half of the Northeast
<br />quarter of Section Twenty Four (24) in Township Ten (10) North,Ra.nge Nine (9).West of the 6th
<br />P. M. in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />Fourth• I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved son, Charles J. Beers the sum of Five hundred
<br />dollars,$500.
<br />FIFTH.I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter,Florence Kesel the sum of Five hun-
<br />dred dollars, .500.
<br />SIXTH• I give, dev ise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of n-y property now held
<br />by me or hereinafter ecquired,to my daughter Mary A.Cleal and my son William H.Beers.and to the
<br />survivors of them.share and share alike. I feel that my other son,Wallace D.Beers,and mar other
<br />daughter Sarah McDowell,have received their full share from the estate of their father and my-
<br />self.hence.no provision is made for them in this will.
<br />LASTLY,I make,constitute and appoint my son,Charles J.Beers and without bond,to be Executor
<br />of this my last Will and Testa,rrent.hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHERFOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed zy seal, the 31st day of
<br />December in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

<br />certify that on the 13th day of January 1921, the instrument puzporting to be the last will and
<br />testament of Lucinda J.Beers,deceused,was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 7th day
<br />of February 1921,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved.probated
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament of the real personal estate of said Lucinda J.Beers.
<br />deceased, and the same Was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
