<br />9,Range 13,and of said Lots 2,3,and 4,of Section 18,in Township 9,Range 12,and as such owners a4e
<br />qualified and proper persons,under the statutes of Nebraska,to file said petition and prosecute

<br />paid,and that deceased left no debts so far as known,"nd that all debts or claims against said

<br />IT IS THEREFORE BY THE COURT C CNSI3ZRED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the said Ella J. peck (who ,
<br />was some times known and whio was in fact the same person named as Eleanor J.Peck) died intestat
<br />at her home in Santa Barbara,California,and while a resident thereof,on September 4,1912;that mgre
<br />than two years elapsed between her death and the filing of the petition in this cause;that no

<br />application or petition has ever been filed for :administration upon 'her estate in the state

<br />of Nebraska,nor has her estate ever been administered upon in said state;that she died seized
<br />in fee simple of an estate of inheritance in the real estate. hereinbefore described,being
<br />third interest therein,und that upon her death the same passed and descended,under the laws of
<br />descent in said state in force at said time,to the said George K.Peck,her surviving husband,and
<br />to the said Edgar L -Peck and Blanche E.Coleman,her surviving children,by absolute title, in equa�

<br />shares, one -third to each of them,and the same is so awarded to them as of the date of her death,
<br />and to their heirs and assigns forever;that said deceased left surviving her,as her only heirs
<br />at law,the said George K.Peck,her husban.d,the said Edgar L.Peck and Blanche E.Coleman,her child en,
<br />who bore the relation and degree of kinship to her of surviving husband and children;that the s4id

<br />petitioners Thomas Ellis and Benjamin F.1-larks have heretofore purchased and are the owners of s4.id
<br />premises,and as such owners are qualified persons to prosecute this cause and are entitled to a
<br />decree as prayed,establishing the date and place of the death of the said Ella J.Peck,her heirs
<br />at law,their degree of kinship to her,and the right of descent of her real estate above desaribtd
<br />which decree is hereby found and entered. That all debts of said deceased,if any exist,are forever
<br />barred and precluded,and that further administration of her estate is hereby dispensed with,and
<br />said estate is forever closed.
