<br />at her home in Santa Barbara,California,and while a resident thereof,on September 4,1912;that mgre
<br />than two years elapsed between her death and the filing of the petition in this cause;that no

<br />descent in said state in force at said time,to the said George K.Peck,her surviving husband,and
<br />to the said Edgar L -Peck and Blanche E.Coleman,her surviving children,by absolute title, in equa�

<br />and to their heirs and assigns forever;that said deceased left surviving her,as her only heirs

<br />who bore the relation and degree of kinship to her of surviving husband and children;that the s4id

<br />at law,their degree of kinship to her,and the right of descent of her real estate above desaribtd
