H.Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,MORASKA. <br />} <br />} <br />FINAL DF:CRPE. <br />MARTHA A LAMB, DECEASED. • � Now, on this 16th day of July,1921, i t appeasing to the satisfact�i on <br />of the Court,from the proof now on file,tha.t notice has been given to all persons interested by <br />publication in the Grand Island Independent as required by the order of court dated June 30,1921, <br />and no one having appeared to object or protest,this cause came on for 11taring upon the final <br />report of W.H.Thompson,Executor of the last Will and Testament of Martha A.Lamb,deceased. <br />After full examination of said report and on consideration of the files and the evidence,the <br />Court finds that the report of the Executor, is correct in. all respects and ought to b`e allowed. <br />The Court finds that notice was given to all creditors in the manner provided by law,by pub- a <br />lica.tion of suchnotice for four consecutive weeks in the Grand Island semi- weekly Independent,as <br />to the time limited and place appointed for filing claims against said deceased;that the time <br />allowed for filing claims has fully expired and that all claims outstanding against said deceased <br />or her estate,if any such exist,are therefore forever barred and excluded;that all claims filet <br />and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied. <br />The Court finds that the said Martha A.LGmb departed this life on the 25th day of November, <br />1920,that she was at the time of her death a resident of hall County.Webraska,and that she left <br />a last will and testament which instrument was duly praved,allowed and admitted to probate in <br />this Court on the 3Cth day of December, 1920, and recorded in this office. <br />The Court further finds that the said Martha A.Lumb died seized in fee of the following <br />described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lot Five (5) in Block One Hundred and Fifteen (115) in Railroad Addition to the C#Ity of Grand <br />Island,and Lot Five (5) in Row Six (6) in the Grand Island Cemetery. <br />The Court further finds that under the provisions of the Last Will and Testament of Martha. <br />A.Lamb,all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at her death <br />to Mary D. Lgmb,her daughter in absolute title. <br />It is therefore considered and Ordered by the court that all persons are forever barred from <br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of said Martha. A. Lamb, deceased. <br />It is further considered and adjudged that the report of the executor be and the same is <br />hereby approved and allowed as and for him final account and he is discharged of his trust and <br />his bond released. <br />It is further considered, adjudged and decreed that all of the right,title and interest of <br />Martha A.Lamb in and to Lot Five (5) in Block One Hundred Fifteen (115) in Railroad Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, in Fall County.
