<br />Alza M.Stewart,all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at his
<br />death to Mamie Stewart,his widow,in absolute title.
<br />The Court finds that the five dollar bequests to Ruby Stewart.Pearl Stewart,Alza M.Stewart,
<br />Irnest Stewart,LeRoy Stewart,Frank Stewart,Lloyd Stewart and Opal Stewart,provided for under
<br />the will of the said Alza M. Stewart,have been paid, as shown by the receipts of the legatees on
<br />file in this office.
<br />It is therefore considered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that all of the right,title and
<br />interest of Alza M.Stewart in and to Lots 4,9,and 10 in Block 20 in Packer and Barr's Second
<br />Addition to Grand Island;Lots 1.7,and 8 in Block 13 in John Voitle's Addition to Grand Island;
<br />the Easterly one third of Lot 7. and the Westerly one-third of Lot 8 in Block 28, in the Original I
<br />Town,now City of Grand Island,Nebraska,did pass and descend at his death under and by virtue of 1
<br />the provisions of his last will and testament to Mamie Stewart,his wi.dow,in full and complete
<br />ownership,and the Court awards it to her.
