<br />of said Executor is in all things allowed,approved,and confirmed,that all special legacies,
<br />casts of administration,inherita.nce taxes,and debts of said deceased,and of her said estate,
<br />have been fully paid as provided by said will and by law,and that all unpaid claims or debts
<br />of said deceased,if ary exist,are forever barred and precluded-That said above described real
<br />estate situated in Kimball and Hall Counties Nebraska passed and descended,under the terms
<br />of the said will of said deceased,and under the laws of descent in the state of Nebraska,. to
<br />above named residuary legatees and devisees, and to the above named heirs at law 1 of said Sarah
<br />M.Peterson,deceased,in the shares and amounts as hereinabove found,viz.,one -third to Edith
<br />Snyder Chaf fee, f our- ninths to Harry McGrath, and one - niirth each to Ella I. Snyder and Catharine
<br />A.Mackey,and to their heirs and assigns forever,as tenants in common,and same is so assigned
<br />and awarded to them,annd said estate is closed, as to all property situate in the state of Nebrai

<br />I,Alza )J. Stewart make this my last will hereby revoking all former wills.
<br />I appoint my wife Mamie Stewart executrix of this will and direct that she be permitted to
<br />act as such with out giving bonds.
<br />To my children Ruby,Peurl,Alza M. Ernest, Leroy, Frank, Lloyd and Opal I give each the sum of
<br />five dollars.
<br />All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,be the same real,mixed or personal property,
<br />whether in possession or in expectancy, which I Auzy have or to which I may be entitled I give,
<br />devise and bequeath to my wife Mamie Stewart and to her heirs and assigns forever.
