<br />county;that on the 18th day of October,, 1920. the execution of said will was duly proven and also
<br />that th&festator,at the time of its execution was of full age and of sound mind;that an order
<br />was thereupon entered admitting said instrument to probate as and for the last will and testamen

<br />Now, on this 13th day of June,1921, this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report and petition of Seymour vain Santvoord.Executor of the estate and'
<br />last will and testament of Sarah M. Petersorof Troy.Rensselaer County.New York.deeeased.for a
<br />final settlement of said estate.and distribution of the residue thereof now in his possession
<br />and situate within the state of Nebraska,and the same was submitted to the Court upon the evid-
<br />ence of said petition and other proof on file herein.und it appearing from the proof on file
<br />herein that due and legal notice of the filing of said petition and report and the time #end
<br />place for hearing thereon had been made and published in conformity with the orders of this
<br />Court entered herein on May 27,1921.and the Court,upon examination of said petition and report,
<br />finds that same is in all respects correct and should be duly allowed.approved.and affirmed as
<br />therein set forth.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice as required by law and the orders of this
<br />Court has been given to all persons having claims against said estate, of the time and place for
<br />filing same.and that said time has fully expired.and that all'debts,claims,and demands against
<br />said estate, including costs of administration.inherite,nce taxes.and special legacies,have been
<br />paid in full, by said Eexcutor.and that there is no personal property belonging to said estate
<br />within the state of Nebraska for distribuUon.and that all unfiled claims against said estate,
<br />and all debts thereof not filed.if ark+ exist,are forever barred andprecluded.
<br />Tile -Court further finds from the evidence and proof on file herein that said Sarah M.Peters
<br />died.testate,in Rensselaer County New York.and while a resident thereof,on May 24th,1920.1eaving
<br />a last will and testament which has heretofore been duly filed.proven,allowed,and admitted to
<br />probate in the Surrogate Court of said Rensselaer County.New York.having original ,jurisdiction
<br />thereof,as by in said state required.a.nd that a duly certified and authenticated copy of sai
<br />will.wi th the order of said Surrogate Court,was,upon the petition of said E%4 cutor.duly filed,
<br />and after due notice given.jus by _law required, proven. allowed. and admitted to probate in this
<br />Court and cause as a foreign will,ori the 18th di y of October,1920.a11 as by law and the orders
<br />of this Court provided and required.
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased died seized and the owner in fee simple of the
<br />following described lands and real estate situated in Kimball and Hall Counties.Nebraska.upon
<br />which said will operated,viz.,
<br />All of Section Nineteen (19),Township Fourteen (14) North.Range Fifty -five (55)-,,and also all
<br />of Section Eleven (11),Township Thirteen (13) North.Range Fifty -eight (58).and all of the Test
<br />Half of Section Fifteen (15),Township Twelve (12),North,Range Fifty -nine (59).all west of the
<br />6th P.M.,iin Kimball County,Nebraska,and
