<br />21.To THE SECURITY TRUST COMPANY OF TROY,N.Y.,the sum of one hundred thousand Dollars
<br />($100,_000.00),in trust,novertheless,to invest the same and pay over the interest and income
<br />therefrom to my niece EDITH F. SNYDER, OF Albany, N.Y. , as long as she shall live. Upon the death off my
<br />said niece I give and bequeath the said principal sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,0=00)
<br />and all unapplied income therefrom to such person or persons to whom by her last Will she may 9�ve ..
<br />and bequeath the such trust fund. But if she shall make no such testamentary disposition of suc
<br />trust fund,then I give and bequeath the same,after her dea.th,to my then surviving sisters,share
<br />and sham: alike,the share which any deceased sister would have taken if living to be divided be

<br />But if none of the persons mentioned or referred to in this item 21 of the fourth clause of my
<br />Will be living at the time of the death of said Edith F. Snyder, then upon her death I give and
<br />bequeath said trust fund to the Troy Orphan asylum and the Samaritan Hospital of Troy,share and
<br />share alike.
<br />FIFTH,I direct my executor to cause to be erected on the lot recently purchased by me in
<br />good Cemetery in Troy, such a family monument as in his discretion may be proper and suitable;
<br />provided that I shall not have erected or contracted for the erection of such a monument during
<br />By lifetime.
<br />SIXTH.I direct my. executor to pay out of my general estate all inheritance or transfer taxes
<br />Federal of State,which arty be assessed upon the legacies or devisge created hereunder.
<br />SEVENTH.All the rest, residue and remainder of ray extate, of whattsoever -name, nature or des-
<br />cription,I gi,ve,devise and bequeath to my said Nephew HARRY MCGRATH AND m nieces ANNA IRM,
<br />MCGRATH and EDITH F. grTYDMR, t o be divided among them equally share and share alike.
<br />EIGHTH.Imake,constitute and appount SEYMOUR VAN SANTVOORD.of Troy.N.Y.,the executor of this
<br />ay last Will and Testament,and I authorize and empower him to sell and convey any and all of my
<br />real estate excepting such as I have specifically devised herein.
