1 <br />D <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />287T - fapp Printing Co., Omaha <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred <br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of James Clayton Gaskell. <br />The Court further finds that the said James Clayton Gaskell departed this life on the 5th <br />day of September, 1920, that he was at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and that he died intestate leaving surviving him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law <br />the following named persons: Tabifiha Gaskell,his widow,Myrtie Jobe and 3*94nox,his daughters. <br />The Court finds that the said James Clayton Gaskell died seized in fee of the following des- <br />cribed real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lots one (1),two (2),three (3).eight (8).Nine (9) and ten (10) in Block two (2) in Clarkson's <br />Addition to the Village of Alda,and that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska all <br />of the right title and interest of the said James Clayton Gaskell did pass and descend at his <br />death in the manner following: To Tabitha Gaskell,his widow, one third part thereof.t o Myrtie <br />Jobe and Evva Knox each one third part thereof,subject to the homestead right of the said Tabitha <br />Gaskell in and to said real estate. <br />It is therefore considered.adjudged• and decreed by -the Court-that all of the righttitle and <br />i <br />interest of James Clayton Gaskell in and to lots 1.2.3.8.9 and 10 in Block 2 in Clarkson's <br />Addition to the Village of Alda,Hall County.Webraska.did pass and descend at his death to <br />Tabithai Gaskell,4rtie Jobe and Evva Knox,an undivided one third part . thereof to each of them, <br />the said Myrtie Jobe and Sava Knox taking,subject to the homestead right of the said Tabitha <br />Gaskell, wi dow, in and to said real estate. <br />The Court Finds that since the death of the said James Clayton Gaskell the said Myrti e Jobe <br />and Bvva Knox have sold,assigned and set over all of their right, title and interest in all of <br />the above described real estate to Tabitha Gaskell,widow of the deceased. <br />J.H.
