Mullin, County Judge.- <br />I,J.H.Mullin,Judge of the County Court in and for said County.do here- <br />by certify that on the 4th day of November 1920,the instrument purporting to be the last will <br />and testament of Frank McDermott.deceased,was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 7th <br />day of February 1921,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, <br />probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real personal estate of said Frank <br />McDermott.deceased.and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesai <br />IN WITNESS WHRREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this <br />7th dray of February.1921 <br />( SEAL) <br />J. Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE l <br />OF j <br />FINAL DECREE. <br />FRANK McVHRMOTT.DFCEASED. } <br />Now, on this 25th day of June,1921, this cause came on to be <br />heard.after due notice to all persons interested as required by law and the order of this court <br />upon the final report of Melissa A.MeDermott.Executrix of the last will and testament of Frank <br />McDermott, deceased. <br />On consideration of the report.the files and the evidence submitted the Court finds that no <br />personal property came into the hands of the Executrix,that she has paid the costs of adminis- <br />tration.and that ber report is correct in every respect and ought to be allowed. <br />Tim- -Court finds that notice was given to creditors as to the time allowed and place appointe <br />for filing claims against the estate of the said Frank McDermott,deceased,by publication of sue <br />notice for four successive weeks in the Grand Island Independent,a semi- geekly newspaper,and <br />that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that no claims of any nature were <br />filed against said estate.and that all claims outstanding against said deceased,or his estate, <br />are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of the executrix,xelissa A- McDermott <br />be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final account and she is discha <br />of her trust. <br />It is further considered that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any <br />claims or demands against the estate of Frank Me Dermott.deceased. <br />The Court finds thAt the said Frank McDermott departed this life on the 4th day of October, <br />1.920,being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County.Nebraska,and that he left a last <br />will and testament which instrument was duly proved.allowed and admitted to probate in this <br />court on the 7th day of February.1921. <br />The Court further finds that the said Frank McDermott died seized in fee of the following <br />described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska.to -wit: Lot 1 in Bloc <br />133 in Union Pacific Railway Company's Sec and Addition to the City of Grand Island and that <br />under the terms and provisions of said last will and testament the said Real Estate did pass <br />b. <br />Rd <br />
