<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, Al2N.
<br />I, Thomas F. Shoopman. of Cairo in the County of Hal 1, State of Nebraska,being of sound mind and
<br />memory,and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life,do herefore make,ordai
<br />publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament:
<br />FIRST•I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named,pay all my just debts and fume
<br />al expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SgCOND,After the payment of such funeral expenses and debte,I give,devise and bequeath to eac
<br />of my children the sum of Ten Dollars,the names of said children being as follows Lillie Reed,
<br />Jacob S. Sho opman,Mary Wade,Minnie Randolph,Franklin L. Shoopman,Delmar A. Shoopman,Blmer A. Shoop-
<br />man,Lizzie Orndoff,and Jessie Reed.
<br />After the payment of the above, I give, devise and bequeath to my wife Mary Sho opman,all t le re
<br />mainder of my personal property of every kind. I also give to my wife,Mary Sheopman,a life int
<br />est in any and all real estate I may possess at the time of my death,She shall have complete an
<br />trol of said real estate,shall rent it to whom she wishes,and shall collect the rentals,and the
<br />proceeds of said rentals shall be 'hers absolutely.
<br />The above provision in regard to the real estate to be in effect as long as she remains my
<br />widow. If she should re- marry, then and in that case I hereby direct that said real estate shall
<br />be divided and she shall receive op-third of said real estate, rand the other two - thirds shall be
<br />divided share and share alike to my children, or among nY legal heirs as the law shall direct.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and -appoint my wife Mary Sho opman to be Executrix of this my last
<br />Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made,and request that she be allowed
<br />to serve without bond.
<br />IN WITNESS WHE.RFOF, I have hereunto subscribed my "name and affixed my seal, the 3 day of March in
<br />the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred fourteen.
