Ito COMBS, 17- CEASED. i Now,on this 25th day of June,1921,this, cause came on for <br />hearing on the final report of Gideon J.Hall,Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Rebec <br />I. McCombs, deceased, it satisfactorily appearing to the Court from the proof now on file that <br />notice has been given to all persons interested as required by law,and by the order of this <br />Court,dated June 10,1921,and that the Court has jurisdiction in the premises. <br />On consideration of the report, the files, and the testimony the court finds that said Execut <br />has accounted for all of the estate of said deceased which came into his hands and under his <br />control ;that he has received from all sources the sum of $1292.56 and has paid out and expende <br />for funeral expenses and costs of administration the sum of $339.758and that there remains in <br />hands belonging to said estate.the sum of $952.81-that his report is correct in all respects a <br />ought to be allowed. <br />It is therefore considered by' the court' that" the' report of, Gideon S.Hall.Executor;be- and' th <br />same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final account and' that upon his filing in <br />this office the receipt of the legatee under the will for the balance remaining in his hands <br />he be discharged of his trust and his bond released. <br />The Court finds that notice was given to�all creditors as to the time allowed and.place <br />appointed for filing claims against the estate" of said deceased by- publication, of- such notice <br />four successive weeks in' the Grand Island Independent,as required by the order of Court; that t <br />time no allowed for filing claims has fully expired and that no claims or demands of an <br />nature were filed or allowed against said esta�.e ;that' all claims _outstanding against_ the said <br />deceased or her estate,if any such exist, are, therefore forever barred. <br />It is therefore considered by the Court that all perrsons are forever barred. precluded and c <br />s <br />or <br />eluded from filing or setting any claims or demands against the estate of Rebecca I.MeCombs,deoeased. <br />The Court finds that the said Rebecca I.McCombs departed this life on the 10th day of January, <br />19210that she was at the time of her death a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,and that she l <br />a last Will and Testament which instrument was duly proved. allowed and admitted to probate in <br />Court on the 7th day of Februa.ry,1921,and entered of record in this office <br />The Court Fjnds that the said Rebecca I.McCombs died seized in fee of an undivided three <br />fourths interest in and to Lot No.6 in Block No.4, in the Original Town,now City of Grand Islam, <br />P <br />Lots 7 & 8 in Block 28 in Packer & Barr's Second Addition to GrandIsland,in Lot 4 in Block 4 <br />in Packer & Barr's Second Addition to Grand Island.and in Lot 1 Block 28 in Russel Wheeler's <br />Addition to Grand Island,all in Hall County, Nebraska. p <br />The Court finds that under the terms and provisions of the Last Will and Testament of the soLid <br />Rebecca I.McCombs,all of the right,title and interest of the said Rebecca I- McCombs in and to <br />all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at her death to Ethe <br />L.Hall, her daughter,ln full and complete ownership. <br />IT IS TBRREFORE COWS I13RED.
