MCCOMBS,I�CEASED. } y • • <br />heard upon the final report of Gideon T.Rall.Administrator of the estate of Wilbur F.McCombs, <br />deceased,after dui notice to all persons interested as to the filing of said report and of the time <br />and place appointed for final settlement of said estate.such notice being by, publication in the <br />i <br />Grand Island Independent as required by order of court deited June 10,1921. <br />r <br />On examination of said report.and on consideration of the files and the evidence the court <br />finds that said administrator has accounted for all of the said estate which came to his posses0ion <br />or under his control,that he has paid the funeral expenses and the costs of administration and Jhat <br />there remains no money or other personal property in his hands ,b *14i3ging to said estate; that thl <br />report is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the report of Gideon J.11all.admin- <br />istrator of the estate of Wilbur F.McCombs,deceased,be approved and allowed as and for his f <br />account and that he be discharged off; his trust and his bond released. <br />The Court finds that notice was given to all creditors by publication as required by law of <br />time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased.and that the <br />time allowed for filing claims has .fully expired;that no claims of any nature were filed or all <br />ed against said estate; that all claims outstanding against said deceased ot; his estate, if any <br />there be,are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />The Court finds that the said Wilbur F.McCombs departed this life on the 16th day of October <br />1920,that he was at the time of his death a resident of Hall County,Aebraska and that he died <br />intestate;that he was at the time of his death the owner of the following described real estat <br />situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit :* interest in Lot 6 in Block 4 in t <br />Original town now city of Grand Island, in Lots 7 & 8 iii Block 28 in Packer and _ Barr' s Sec and <br />Addition to Grand Island.in Lot 1 in Block 28 in Russel Wheeler's Addition to Grand Island.and <br />Lot 4 in Block 44 in Packer and Barr's Second Addition to Grand Island, <br />The Court further finds that the said Wilbur F.McCombs left surviving him as his heirs at <br />law,and his only heirs at law,the following named persons: Rebecca I•McCombs, his wi.dow,and <br />Ethel L.Hall.his daughter. <br />The Court finds that under the law of descent of real estate in the State of Nebraska.all of <br />the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Wil <br />bur F.McCombs,in the manner following: An undivided one half thereof to Rebecca I.MeCombs.his w <br />and an undivided one half thereof to Ethel L.Hall,hie daughter dubject to the homestead right <br />the said Rebecca I.McCombs,in and to said real estate. <br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIIERFD,AD-TUDGED.AND IRCRELD that the above mentioned and described real <br />estate did pass and descend at the death of Wilbur F.McCombe.intestate , in'the manner following: <br />to Rebecca I.McCombs an undivided one -half thereof and to Ethel L.Hall an undivided one -half <br />thereof,the latter taking however,subjeot to the homestead right of Rebecca I.MeCombe.in and to <br />any part of said real estate.and it is awarded to them by the Court. <br />J.
