<br />upon the petition of Andrew F.Farabee heretofore filed herein praying for a settlement of the estate

<br />of the said deceased,a determination of his heirs, their degrees of kinship and the right of des -
<br />cent of his real estate,said petitioner being represented by J.L.Cleu.ry,his attorney and it appe�,r-
<br />j ing from the proof on file herein that due and legal notice has been published in the "Grand Isl4ird
<br />Independent ".a legal newspaper published in Hall County.Nebra.ska for three consecutive weeks as
<br />by law and the order of this court required,has been given to all creditors,heirs at law and i;er�
<br />sons interested in said estate of the filing of said petition and the time and place for hearing
<br />thereof u+hichtirie was more than thirty days and less than sixty days after the filing of same an4
<br />there being; no objections thereto,said cause was duly submitted to the court on said petition and
<br />the evidence of petitioner in support thereof and the affidavit of E.H.Ra.nsom, one of the heirs at
<br />law of the said A.G.Ransom,deceased,and the court being duly advised in the premises finds that
<br />allegations in sai4etition are true;that the said- ,A.G.Ratisom died intestate in the Town of Brad
<br />ford,Rock County,Wisconsir on the 15th day of February.1883 and that at the time of his death,he
<br />was a resident and an inhabitant of said Town of Bradford in Rock County,Wisconsin;that more tha
<br />two years have elgpsed since his death and no application has been made in the State of Nebraska
