5,4 <br />subject to the conditions and liens as hereinabove found and set forth; that said Executors are <br />directed to disburse and pay over the remaining sums in their hands to the persons to whom same <br />are due and payable as herein found, and take eceipts therefor and file them with this Court, <br />and that thereupon, upon the filing; of said receipts, said estate will be fully closed, said Exe�,utors <br />discharged. and their bonds released. <br />J. H.Mullin <br />County Judge. s <br />I, Coleman M.Willi.amson, of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory, and <br />considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publis2 <br />and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. <br />First: I direct that my funeral expenses, the expenses of my last sickness, the expense of a <br />monument to mark my last resting place and all my just debts be first paid out of my personal <br />l property, by my executor hereinafter named. Should the personal property be insufficient for <br />that purpose. I direct that so much of my real estate as is necessary be sold for that purpose. <br />Second: I give, devise and bequeath to my granddaughter, Lucy Cushing, of Staten Run, West <br />Virginia, the sum of One Hundred Dollars, to be paid to her out of my personal property, should <br />the amount of said personal property be sufficient. If it should be insufficient, it shall be <br />paid out of the proceeds from the real estate hereinafter bequeathed to my four sons and one <br />daughter in item Fifth of this instrument. <br />Third: I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Eda Williamson, lots Four, Five, Six, <br />Fourteen and Eighteen, in Block Nine, and lots Six and Nine in Block Ten, all in the village of <br />Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, to have and to hold the same for and during the term of her natural' <br />life or as long as she remains my widow. Upon the death of my said wife, Eda Williamson, or in <br />case of her re- marriage, then and in that case I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Mary <br />T.Hall, and to my son, Clinton Avery Williamson, of Virginia, all of said real estate mentioned <br />in this item, to have and to cold the same to themselves and to their heirs and assigns forever, <br />each of my two mentioned children to share alike in said property. Should my daughter, Mary T. <br />Hall, die without issue prior to the said property vesting in her, then and in that case I direct <br />that the said portion coming to her shall be and the same is hereby given, devised and bequeathed <br />to nW children, Clinton Avery Williamson Jerome P.Williamson, William Fletcher Williamson, Charle <br />A.Williamson, Edgar Williamson, and Della West, to have and to hold'-the same to themselves and to <br />their heirs and assigns forever, share and share alike. <br />Fourth: After the payments mentioned in items First and Second of this instrument, I give, devise <br />and bequeath to my wife, Eda Williamson, all the personal property of which I may die possessed, <br />including all money, notes, bonds, or other evidences of indebtedness, under the following <br />conditions: All money on hand shall be kept safely in some bank, or shall be invested or loaned <br />-only on real estate security, and any money paid in from loans now outstanding shall either be pu <br />in some bank or re- invested as above. The income from above money or loans shall be here-absolute <br />to use as she sees fit, but the principal shall not be drawn on except t-,o replace or rebuild <br />buildings on real estate mentioned in item Third of this instrument. I require that my said wife <br />shall pay all taxes levied against the real estate mentioned in item Third of this instrument as <br />they become due, and shall keep insured at least the buildings on lots Four, Five, Six and <br />Eighteen in Block Nine, and on lot Six in Block Ter.. <br />Fifth: I give, devise and bequeath to my children, Jerome P.Williamson, William Fletcher William - <br />son, Charles A.Williamson, Edgar Williamson and Della West, all the rest, residue and remainder <br />of my estate, being principally real estate in South Loup township, Hall County, Nebraska, to <br />have and to hold the same to themselves and to their heirs and assigns forever, share and share <br />alike, except the share of William Fletcher Williamson, condition of whose share is mentioned <br />later in this item: Provided, however, should my daid daughter.
