<br />Now, on this 14th day of lay, 1921, this cause came on do be heard upon the final report of
<br />of George W.Wingert and Bayard H.Paine, Executors of said estate, and their petition for a
<br />settlement thereof, and it appearing to the Court from the proof on file herein that due and
<br />legal notice of the time and place for hearing upon said report had been given by publication as
<br />by law and the orders of this Court provided, that said time has expired, that no objections have
<br />been filed to said final report and petition, and the Court, on examination thereof, finds that
<br />same is in all respects correct, and that it should be allowed and approved as the final report
<br />of said Executors.
<br />The Court further finds from the proof on file herein that due and legal notice as provided
<br />by law and the orders of this Court has been given, by publication, to all creditors and persons
<br />having claims against said estate. of the time and place for filing same, that said time has ful
<br />expired, and that all debts of said estate, including the costs of administration, have been ful
<br />paid by said Executors, and that all other debts, if any exist, are for@r.er barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that said Coleman M.Williamson died, testate, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and while a resiAent thereof, on May 19,1920, leaving e. last will and testament and codicil there' -
<br />to, which have been duly filed, proven, allowed, and admitted to probate in this Court, and which''
<br />will and codicil disposed of both real estate and personal property.
<br />That said deceased died seized of the following real estate situate in Hall County, webraska,
<br />to -wit: Lots Four (4), Five (5), and Six (6), in Block Nine (9), of the Village of Cairo. Nebrask
<br />which, under the second clause of the codicil of the will of said deceased, were devised, in fee
<br />simple, to Eda Williamson, widow of deceased, and are so awarded to her.
<br />That said deceased also died seized of Lots Fourteen (14) a4d Eighteen (18), in Block Nine (9),
<br />and Lots Six (6) and Nine (9) , in Block Ten (10). of the Village of Cairo, Nebraska, which lots
<br />were, under the second clause of the codicil to the will of said deceased, devised to said Eda
<br />Williamson, widow, for and during her natural lifetime or until her re- marriage, and after her
<br />death or re- marriage, in fee simple to Mary T.Hall and Clinton A.Williamson (whose full name is
<br />`Clinton Avery Williamson), children of said testator, and are so awarded to said Eda Williamson
<br />during her natural lifetime or until her re- marriage, and thereafter, in fee simple, to said
<br />Clinton A.Williamson and nary r.Hall, as tenants in common.
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased died seized of the southwest quarter of Section Twenty
<br />two (22) and of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter, and the northeast quarter of the
<br />northwest quarter, of Section Twenty -seven (27), all in Township Twelve (12), Range Twelve (12)
<br />West, Hall County, Nebraska, which said lands and premises were, under the fourth clause of the
<br />codicil to the will of said deceased, devised in five equal shares or portions as follows: One-
<br />fifth to Terome P.Williamson, son; one - fifth to William F.Williamson, son; one -fifth to Charles
<br />A.Williamson, son; one -fifth to Della West, daughter; and one -fifth to the heirs at law of Edgar
<br />Williamson, deceased, son of said testator, subject, however, to the payment by said devisees of
<br />the sum of One Hundred ($100) Dollars to Lucy Cushing, grand- daughter of deceased, as provided
<br />in the first and fourth clauses of the codicil to said will, which $100. is made a lien on all
<br />of said lands in favor of said Lucy Cushing.
<br />The Court further finds, from the evidence in this case, and 1 roof on file herein, that the heirs',
<br />at law of said Edgar Williamson, deceased, son of said testator, were Edna Williamson, his daugh-
<br />.,
<br />ter, now twenty years of age, and Leroy Williamson, his son, now eighteen years of age, and that
<br />as heirs at law of said Edgar Williamson, deceased, they took, as tenants in common, under the forth
<br />s
<br />(clause of the codicil of said will, the one -fifth interest in said lands herein described.
