1 <br />Noo 39 HALL -COUNTY <br />1 <br />1 <br />D <br />1 <br />1 <br />required by law,as to the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the <br />estate of said deceased;that the time so allowed for filing claims has fully expired.trat no <br />claims of any nature were filed against that estate.and that all claims outstanding against <br />said estate not so filed and within the time allowed for filing claims,if any such there be a <br />therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />The Court finds that the said Johanna Kruse departed this life at her residence in Hall <br />u <br />County.Nebra.ska,on the 26th day of November. 1920 and th "t she left a last Will and Testament <br />which instrument was duly proved allowed and admitted to probate in this, court on the 27th <br />day cfDecember.1920 andrPcorded in this office. <br />The Court further finds that the said Johann. Kruse was at the time of her death the owner <br />of an undivided one fourth interest in and to the South East Quarter and the South East Quarter <br />of the South West Quarter of Section Thirty -five in Township Twelve in Range Eleven in Hall <br />County, Nebraska and that under, the provisions of her Last Will and Testament all of the right, <br />title and interest of the said Johanna Kruse in and to the above mentioned and described real <br />estate did pass and descend at her death to Fritz Kruse,her son in absolute title. <br />It is therefore considered. adjudged and decreed by the court that all of the right title and <br />interest of Johanna Kruse in and to The South East Quarter and the South East Quarter of the <br />South West Quarter of Section Thirty-five in Township twelve in range eleven, in Hall County, <br />Nebraska..did pass and descend at her death by virtue of the provision of her last will and test <br />meat to Fritz Kruse her son to have and to hold to him and his heirs and assigns forever. <br />It is further Considered by the Court that the report of Fritz Kruse Executor be and the s <br />is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final account. <br />It is further Considered by the Court that all persons are forever barred from filing or sett _ <br />ing up any alums or demands against the estate of Johanna Kruse deceased and the said estate i <br />fully settled and closed. <br />J.
