Noo 39 HALL COUNTY <br />1 <br />J <br />D <br />1 <br />�1 <br />FINAL DECREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE <br />OF <br />James M.Guy,, IZCEAnD. <br />} <br />). <br />}) FINAL IE;CREE. <br />} <br />} <br />) <br />Now, on this 23rd day of April,1921, this cause came on for hearing <br />upon the final report of J.L.Senseney the duly appointed Administrator of the Estate of James <br />M.Guy,deceased,it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the proof now on file that <br />notice of the filing of said report and of the time and place appointed for final settlement <br />of said estate,has been given to all persons interested as required by order of the Court dated <br />April 8,1921. <br />On Consideration of the files the report and the evidence in support thereof the Court finds <br />that said Administrator has received from all sources the sum of $7,766.88,and has paid out for <br />funeral expe-nses,traxes,costs of administration,expense of last sickness and debts filed and all <br />ed against said estate the sum of ,1,387.36 leay.ing in the hands of the administrator for die- <br />tribution the sum of $6379.52,and that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be <br />allowed. <br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of J.L.Senseney,Administrator,be and <br />the same is hereby appraaved and allowed as and for his final accemt and that upon his filing <br />in this Court the receipts of all persons entitled to share in the distribution of the balance <br />now in the hands of the administrator he be discharged of his trust. <br />The Court Finds that due and legal notice was given to all creditors of the said James M.Guy <br />deceased,as to the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against his estate;that <br />a <br />the time allowed for filing claims against said estate has fully expired and that all claims <br />outstanding against said deceased or his estate not filed within the time limited by the court <br />for filing claims,are forever barred;that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have <br />been fully paid and satisfied. <br />It is therefore considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or <br />setting up any claims or demands against the estate of James M.Guy,deceased. <br />The Court finds that the said James M -Guy departed this life on the 31st day of March, x.920, <br />that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and <br />thd.t he died intestate, leaving surviving him as his heirs -at -low anal his only heirs -at -law, the <br />following named persons, Sarah J. Hogan, Susan M. Hughes, Anna L. Wiseman and Martha E. Mat thews, his <br />daughters,and John W.Guy,his son and John G.iTohnston,James K.Johnston,children and heirs of <br />Nellie F.Johnston a deceased daughter,his grand - children; that he left no widow him surviving. <br />The Court finds that the said James M ,.G;uy,died seized in fee of an undivided one third int <br />est in and to the following described real estate to -wit: <br />Lot Three (3) of the County Sub - division of part of Section Nineteen (19) in Township Ten <br />(10) North of Range Eleven (11) West of the Sixth Prine,ipal Meridian excepting a rectangular <br />strip of land eighty (80) feet vide extending along the entire north side of said Lot Three (3) <br />which has been deeded to the Village of Wood River,all in Hall County,Nebraska, and that said <br />real estate descended as follows: one -sixth thereof each to Sarah J.. Hogan,Susan M.Hughes,Anna <br />L- Wiseman,Martha E.Matthews and John W.Guy,a.nd one - twelfth thereof each to John G- Johnston and <br />James K.Johnston. <br />It is therefore considered,by the court that the interest of James M.Guy in and to Lot Three <br />(3) of the County Sub- division of part of Section Nineteen (19) in Township Ten (10),in Range <br />Elsren (11) west of the sixth Principal Meridian excepting a rectangular strip of land eighty (80) <br />
