46 <br />WOMEN:! <br />any such there be.are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />It is, therefore, considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or <br />setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Nary S.Guy, deceased. <br />The court finds that the said Macy S.Guy departed this life on the 7th day of December,1916, <br />being at the time a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,and that she died intestate leaving surviv, ng <br />her as her heirs at law.and her only heirs at law,the following named persons: James Y.Guy.her <br />husband,Sarah J.Hogan,Susan M.t3ughes,Anna L.Wiseman and Martha E.M.atthews.her daughters,and Jo <br />M.Guy her son,and John G.Jchnston and James K.Johnston.her grand children.sons of Nellie F. <br />Johnston,q deceased daughter. <br />The court finds that the said Bury S.Guy died seized in fee of the following deseribiOi real <br />estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit: <br />Lot Three (3) of the County Subdivision of part of Section Nineteen (19),i.n Township Ten (10), <br />in Range Eleven (11),west of the sixth Principal.'Meridian,excepting a rectangular strip of land <br />eighty feet wide extending along the entire north side of said Lot Three (3).which strip has be <br />deeded to the village of Wood River. Nebraska. for street purposes. <br />The court finds that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska the above mentioned <br />and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Mary S.Guy to the above <br />named heirs in the manner following: <br />To.James M.Guy.her husband one third part thereof in fee To Sarah J.Hogan,Susan M.Hughes,Anna, <br />L.Wiseman,Martha R.Ma.tthews and John W.Guy,her children.and John G.Johnston and James K.Johnsto , <br />4 <br />children of Nellie F.Johnston.a deceased daughter,two- thirds part of said real estate in absolute <br />title,subject only to the homestead right of the said James M.Guy therein. <br />i <br />IT IS THEREFOR.
