Davidr Bauder or Vernon Bauder dies before I do leaving issue that the iss <br />to take the share the parent would have received if either one of them dies before I do withou <br />issue then the survivor to receive the share of the deceased one if both die before I do.withoot <br />issue then the part of my estate which-they would have received to be divided among the other <br />parties named Luella Carlton Mary Renfrew and Amos Carlton share and share alike and if Luella <br />Carlton or Mary Rentfrew shall die before I do without issue then the share the deceased one <br />
