D <br />J1 <br />No. 39, HALL COUNTY <br />FINAL DECREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NISBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate of ); <br />) F1ItAL =CREE. <br />Elizabeth Gregg,. ) <br />Deceased.. Now,on this 30 day of Apri1,1921,this cause came on to be <br />heard on the final report of Clarence E.Gregg,Administrator of said estate,and his petition for <br />a settlement thereof,and it appearing from the proof on file herein that Niue and legal notice, <br />as by law and the orders of this Court required,has been given to all persons interested in sAid <br />estate, of the filing of said report and the time and place for hearing thereon, there _being no <br />objections thereto, on examination thereof the Court finds that said report is in all respects <br />correct and should be allowed and approved by this Court. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice,as by law and the orders of this Court <br />required,has been given to all creditors and persons having claims against said estate,of the ti- <br />and place for filing same, that said time has fully expired,a.nd that all claims filed. _against <br />said estate,including costs of administration thereof,have been fully paid 'by said Administrator <br />that all other claims and debts of said estate,if any exist,are *forever barred and precluded. <br />The Court further finds that the said Elizabeth Gregg died intestate,at her home in Hall <br />County. Nebraska. and while a resident and inhabitant thereof,on August 12,1920,leaving property <br />and estate situate in said county subject to administra.tion;tha,t she left surviving her,as her <br />heirs and only heirs at law the following named persons: Clarence E.Gregg,her son,Ema T.McMullin <br />her daughter,and Nellie Shehein,her daughter,all of Hull County,Nebraska,and all over twenty -one <br />years of age;that her husband had preceded her in death. <br />That she died seized of the following described real estate situate in liall County,Nebraska, <br />to merit: All of Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8),in Block Three (3),and the east twenty -seven (27) <br />feet of Lot Six (6),a.nd all of Lot Seven (7),in Block Eleven (11),in the Original Town or Villag <br />of Doniphan,Hall County,Nebra.ska.,as shown by the recorded plat thereof,and that said above des- <br />cribed real estate was of record in the name of "Lizzie Gregg ",her full and correct name being <br />Elizabeth Gregg. <br />The Court further finds that the said Administrator has accounted for all and singular of the <br />property and estate coming into his hands as such Administratoa,has fully paid all debts,,tuneral <br />expenses,costs of administration,a.nd other claims against said estate,and that there remains in <br />his hands of personal property of said esta.te,for distribution among the above named heirs,the <br />sum of $4615.39; that same should be distributed by said Administrator as follows: <br />To Clarence E. Gregg, son, one -third 01538.46 <br />To Em" J. McMullin. daughter, one - third, 41-538-46 <br />To Nellie Shehein, daughter, one -thi rd, X1538.46, <br />and said Administrator is hereby ordered and directed to make distribution of said personalty <br />to acid heirs at law in the above and foregoing amounts,and file his receipts therefor in this <br />Court. <br />IT IS THEREFORE BY THE COURT ADJUDGED, DECRFFD,AND CONSIDERED that the report of said Adminis- <br />trator made herein is in all things affirmed,allowed,and approved,that his petition for a settle <br />rent of said estate is allowed,and that all debts of said deceased and her estate,if any exist, <br />not filed herein,are, forever barred and precluded; that the above described real estate passed <br />and descended,on the death of said deceased,in equal shares to the above named Clarence E.Gregg, <br />Emu .T.McMullin.und Nellie Shehein,and is so awarded to them,and to their heirs and assigns for - <br />ever,the said Administrator is directed to distribute the remainder of the personal property in <br />his h"nds,in equal shares,to the above named heirs at law of said deceased,and file his receipts <br />therefor in this Court,a,nd upon filing same, said estate will be closed, e4i-d Administrator discha3�_ - <br />edand his bond released.. <br />J.
