FINAL DECREME.
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALT, COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
In the matter of the estate )
of Final Decree..
Y,
Mary Bach, Deceased.. ) Now on this 2nd day of 16rch,1921,this cause came on for hearing
upon the final report of Mary Davey,Administratrix of the estate of Mary Bach. deceaedd, after
due notice to all persons interested of the filing of said report and of the time and place
appointed for final settlement of said estate as required by law.
On consideration of the files and the evidence the court finds that said report is correct
and ought to be allowed and',that said administratrix has accounted for all of a*id estate which
came to her possession or under her control;that she has received no money and paid out no
money.and that there is no property in her hands belonging to said deceased.
The court finds that notice was given to creditors of said deceased as,to the time allowed
for riling claims against said estate,as required by law, that the time limited for filing e
has fully expired and that no claims were filed;that all claims outstanding against said de-
ceased and not so filed,if any such there be,are therefore forever barred and excluded.
It is,therefore,COX8I7VRHD by the court that the report of Mary Davey, administratrix,be
and the same is approved and allowed as and for her final account and she is discharged of her
trust and her bond released.
The court finds that the said Mary Bach departed this life on the 19th day of March,1917,
being at the time of her death a resident of Hall County,.Nebraska, and that she died intestate,
