<br />of the said deceased and his wife,Mary E.Ship ton,and that the said Mary E.Shipton is entitled to

<br />a homestead^'in above described premises and the buildings and improvements thereon. That
<br />said Lots 8 & 9 in said Block 13 of Clarkson's Addition to the Village of Alda,Hall County, #

<br />Nebraska,is worth not to exceed the sum of $2,000.00.

<br />The Court finds that under the provisions of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska,al
