<br />WILL AND DECREE RECORD
<br />The Court further finds.that the bequest of Five Dollars in the Last Will and Testament of
<br />said deceased to Alonzo H.Powell has been paid.
<br />The Court finds that the said William Powell departed this life on the 2nd day of September
<br />1915,being at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,and that he left
<br />a last Will and Testament, which instrument was duly proved.ullowed and admitted to probate as
<br />the last Will and Testament of said William Powell,on the 28th day of June,1920,and recorded it
<br />this office..
<br />The Court further finds that the said William Powell died seized in fee of the following
<br />described real estate situate in theCounty of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lots Four (4),Five (5),Seven_(7),Zight (8),Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) in Block Two (2) in
<br />Powell-I's.-Addition to the Village of Alda.
<br />Lots Three (3),Seven (7),Ri.ght (8),Nine (9) and Fractional Lots Ten (10) and Eleven (11),in
<br />Block Three (3),all in Powell's Addition to the Village of Alda.

<br />the death of the said Martha Powell,said real estate descended to William H.Powell,a grand-son �f
<br />the Testator.
<br />The Court finds that the said Martha Powell departed this life subsequent to the death of
<br />said William Powell,and that her life estate in 4aid lots thereby terminated.
<br />The Court finds that the remainder of Lot Nine (9) after the bequest to Martha Powell,and
<br />Lots Three (3) and Fractional Lots Ten (10) and Eleven (11) all in Block Three (3) and Lots
<br />Four (4),Five (5),Seven (7),Zi.ght (8) Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) in Block Two (2) in Powel
<br />Addition to the Village of A1da,Hal1 County,Nebraska did pass and descend at the death of the
<br />said William -lowell,under the provisions of his last Will and Testament to Frank W.Powell,Ruebei
<br />A.Powell and George P.Powell,sons of the Testator in equal shares as tenants in common.
<br />It is therefore considered,ad4udged and decreed that Lots Seven (7),Zight (8).und the West
<br />Thirty -eight feet of Lot Nine (9) Block Three (3) in Powell's Addition to the Village of Alda,
<br />in Hall County,Nebraska,did pass and descend at the death of the testator to Martha Powell for
<br />the period of her natural life,and at her death said real estate descended to William H.Powell,
<br />under the provisions of said Last Will and Testament.
<br />It is further considered,adjudged and decreed thgt the remaining part of lot Nine (9),and
<br />lot Three (3) and Fractional lots Ten (10) and Eleven (11) in Block Three (3),and lots Four

<br />(4),Five (5),Seven (7),Eight (8),Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) in Block Two (2) all in Powellis
<br />Addition to the Village of Alda,in Hall County,Nebraska.,did pass and descend at the death of
<br />said William Powell, under and by virtue of the provisions of his Last Will and Testament to
<br />Frank W. Powell,Rueben A.Powell &nd George P.Powell,hi.s sons,in equO.l shares and in absolute
<br />title.

<br />I appoint John Thomsen as administrator of this will and direct that he assume said office
