WILLIAM POWELL,DECEASED. ) On this 9th day of April, 1921, this cause came on for hearing uponthe final report of Frank W.Powell,Administrator with the Will Annexed of the Estate of William Powell,deceased. On examination of the report and the filings in this matter the Court finds that notice was given of the filing of said report and of the time and place fixed for final settlement of said estate,by publication as required by the order of the Court dated March 24th,1921;that said re- port is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed;that the administrator has paid the expenses of administration and the funeral expenses and has a6counted for all of the estate whit came to his possession and that there remains no money or other personal property in his hands for distribution. The Court finds that notice was given to all creditors of said deceased as to the time allow- ed and place appointed for filing claims and that the time so limited for filing claims has fully expired and that all claims outstanding against said William Powell or his estate,if any such there be,a.re therefore forever barred..
