<br />I August C.F. Wendt, of Grand Island, in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound mind
<br />and memory,and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life,do therefore make,
<br />ordain,publJsh and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAY71TT:
<br />1. 1 order and direct that my Executor hereinafter numed.pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />2. After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts.1 give,devise and bequeath unto my
<br />daughter Y&..rtha Wendt White5carver of Grand Island.Nebraska &n undivided one eighth (1/8) in-
<br />terest in and to all the real estate and personal property of which I may die possessed and
<br />wherever situated.to have the same absolutely.
<br />3• 1 give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter Julia Wendt Busig,of St.Libory.Nabraska.an
<br />undivided one eighth (1/8) interest, less the sum of Fifty seven ($57.00) Doll4rs.in and to all
<br />of the real esttteand personal property of which I may die possessed and wherever situated, to h

<br />Testator has made large adva.rcen.erts to the said Teresa Wendt Rogeach.of Rock County. Nebraska.
<br />the said One Thousand ($1000.00) Dollars or in the event -the one eighth (1/6)
<br />interest is less then One Thousand ($1000.00) Dollars,then whatever such "mount may be.1 give.,

<br />lesser amount there may be.and the same shall be and become the property of Minnie Wendt absol4tely.

<br />is, that I have m&4-p large advancements to the said Alvina Wendt Sanders, of Council Bluffs, Iowa

<br />it may be shall be, divided equally among the following ch1j. ldren, Murtha Wendt Whitescurver,,Tuli

<br />share of the said Anne, Wendt Fehls to be held in trust by the Grand Island Loan & Trust Com-
