<br />town,now City of Grand Island.and that under the law of descent of real property in the State
<br />of Nebraska, the interest of the said Mary Jones in said real estate did pass and descend at her;
<br />death, intestate, in the manner following: To E.M. Jones,her husband, one- fourth part thereof;
<br />To William H.l[cDowell,Albert McDowell,Marford H- McDowell and Emma Moore, three fourths part them± -.
<br />of in equal shares,an undivided 3/16 part thereof to each of them,and all subject to the home -
<br />stead right of the said E.M.Jones therein.
<br />It is,therefore,CONSIDERFD AND ADJUDGED by the court that all of t the right,title and inter -
<br />eat of Mary Jones in and to Lot Three (3),in Block Twenty-nine (29),in the original town,now

<br />City of Grand Island,in Hall County, Nebraska, did descend at her death in the manner following:
<br />To E.M. Jones,her husband, one- fourth part thereof in absolute title; �
<br />To William H.McDowell,Albert McDowell;Manford H- McDowell and Emma Moore,her children,three
<br />fourths part thereof in equal sha.res,subject to the homestead rights of the said E.M.Jon.es in
<br />said real estate..
<br />It is further CONSITERFT) AND AnTUDGFD BY THE COURT that the report of the administrator of 1
<br />estate of Mary Jones be and the `same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final accour
<br />and that he is discharged of his trust and his bond released.
<br />It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred,pre-
<br />cluded and excluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Mary
<br />Jones,deceased,and that said estate is fully settled and closed.
