<br />Now comes Urena Robbins,�ioward F.Robbins,Harold R.Robbins and Maude td.Robbins,the petitione
<br />herein,by Arthur V,.Hadley.,thei.r attorney,and show to the Court that their petition for partial
<br />distribution herein was filed on the 21st day of January,1921,And on the same day the Clerk
<br />appointed the 8th day of February,1921,as the day for the hearing thereof,"nd that notice of t
<br />time and place of said hearing; has been duly given as required by law,the Los Angeles Trust &
<br />Savings Bank,Administr"tor of said Estate,having been served with a copy of the petition and th
<br />notice of the hearing of the petition herein and being present in court,and the said petition i
<br />now presented to the court,"nd no person appearing to contest the same,the court,after hearing jhe
<br />evidence,grants said petition as follows,to -wit:
<br />IT IS ORDERED BY THE COURT that the said Urena Robbins,Howcrd F. Robbins,Harold R.Robbins "nd
<br />Maude M- Robbins,before receiving their interest or wry portion thereof,shall each execute and
<br />deliver to the said Admi.nistratur of said Estate a bond in the penal sun) of Five Hundred ( "500)
<br />dollare,to be approved by the Court or Judge,payable to said Adninistrator,4nd conditioned for t he
<br />payment, whenever required, kii s or her proportion of the debts due from said estate, not exceeding
<br />the value of the portion thereof to which she or he on entitled;and; that the said Los Angeles
<br />Trust & Savings Bank,as Adrrinistra.tor of said estate,when said Urena Robbins,lioward E.Robbins,
