Bach died <br />intestate at Omaha,Douglas County. Nebraska on October 15th,1918,while a resident and inhabitant <br />of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska.as above set forth,more than two years prior to the filing <br />of the petition in this cause;that no application for app: ointment of an administrator of his <br />estate has ever been inade,nor has any administration of his estate ever been had in the State <br />of Nebraska-,or any other place;that he died seized as the owner in fee simple of an estate of <br />inheritance in Lots 3 and 4 in Block 3,Voitle's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall Count <br />Nebraska;that upon his death the same passed and descended by operation of law,and under the <br />law of descent of the State of Nebraska, to the said M "e K.B4ch,now Mae K. Sorensen,hi s surviving <br />widow.and to FeliX Bach,his f "ther,share and share "like, "nd the same is so "warded to them ".s <br />of the date `of his death; that the said deceased left surviving hirrr as his onl;:- heirs at law, <br />the said Mwe K.B "ch,his widow, "nd Felix B "ch,his father,who bore the relation of surviving wife <br />and father to him; &nd that on or about the 22nd day, of September.1919. the said Mae K. Bach, now <br />Mae K.Sorensen,peti.tion herein purchased from the above described Felix Bach his interest in the <br />'above described premises and is now the sole 'owner thereof,and as such owner is interested in <br />this cause end a proper and qualified person to prosecute tYiis action and is entitled to have <br />this decree, establishing the heirs and right of descent to them of se6ld property duly entered <br />herein. <br />That said John S.Ba.ch at the time of his death,was the owner of and seized of an estate of <br />inheritance in as follows: and undivided three - sixteenths interest in Lots 1 and 2, of Block <br />3,Voitlels Addition to Grand Isl "nd,Nebraska,and a three - sixteenths interest in do undivided <br />one ->zalf interest in Lot 14,in Block 2,and Lot 1 in Block 3. nd Lots 12 and 13,1n Block 2,and <br />Lots 4.5.6 and 7 in Block 3, "11 in Pleasant Hill Addition to Grand Island,Hail County, Nebraska; <br />that by operation of law,upon the death of said "John S.Bach,said interest before referred to, <br />passed and descended to Mae K.Bach,now Mae ".Sorensen and Felix Bach,share and share alike,and <br />that the said Mae K.Sorensen and Felix Bach are now each the owner of an undivided one -half in- <br />terest in and to the interest of said John S.Bach,dec eased, in the above described real estate. <br />It is further ordered, "djudged and decreed th",t all debts of said deceased,if any there be, <br />and of his estate,are forever barred and ,)recluded; tht t further administration of the estate of <br />said deceased is hereby dispensed and said estate settled -nd forever closed. <br />,State of Nebr "ska, ) <br />ss. <br />Hall County ) <br />In the County Court of Hall County,Nebraska <br />J.
