Sorensen, heretofore filed herein,praying for a settlemen <br />of the estate of the said deceased,a determination of his heirs and degree of kinship,wnd the <br />right of descent of his real estate,said petitioner being represented by Prince & Pri:ilce,her <br />wttorneys,and it appearing From the proof on file herein that due and legal notice by publicatic <br />in the "Grand Bland Independent" a legal newspaper published in Hall County,Nebraska for three <br />50Ccessive weeks,as by law and the orders of this court require,has been given to all creditors <br />and heirs at law and persons interested in said estate of the filing of said petition,the time <br />and place for hearing ther- of,whi.ch time was more than thirty days and less than sixty days ufte <br />the filing of same,and there being no objections thereto,said cause Was duly submitted to the <br />court on said petition "nd the evidence of petitioner in suppoirt thereof and the court being du <br />advised in the3remises,finds that the allegations in said petition are true,that the said John <br />S.Bach died intestate in Oma?".Douglas County.Nebraska,whi.le a resident and an'; inhabitant of <br />Hall County, Nebraska on October 15th,1918; that more than two years have elapsed since his deat <br />and no application has been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an admi.nistratc <br />of his estate,nor a,etition filed therefor,and no administration has even been had upon his <br />estate at any time or place. <br />The court further finds that the said deceased was married at the time of his death and left <br />surviving him as his heirs and only heirs At law,his widow.Mae K.Bach,now May K.Sorensen,the pe- <br />titioner,and his fa.ther,Felix Bach,thei'r degree of kinship being that of surviving wife and fatj+r <br />of said deceased;that said deceased died the owner of and seized of an estate of inheritance in <br />the following A <br />A rty situate in Hall County,Nebraska,to -wit: Lots Three &nd Four (3 and 4) in <br />Block Three (3),in Voitle's Addition to the City of Grand Islund,Hall County,Nebraska..which real <br />estate,did,on the death of said deceased,pass and descend,by operation of law,under the law of <br />descent of the State of Nebraska,to the said Mae K.Bach,now Mae K.Sorensen,and Felix Bach,share <br />and share alike. <br />The court further finds .that said Mae K. Bu h, now Mi a K. Sorensen, did, on oT about the 26th day <br />of September,1919,purchwse the undivided one -half interest and all the interest in said real es- <br />tate of said Felix Bach, and that Mae K. Sorensen, formerly Mae K. Bach, ie now the sole owner of sai <br />real estate and as such ewner is a proper and qualified person to fil-e this petition and prosecu <br />this cause;that more than two years have elapsed since the death of said deceased,that he died' <br />intestate,th"t his funeral eApenses and other debts have been paid,and that all claims or debts <br />of said estate of said deceased, if any exist,are forever barred and precluded,and that the cost: <br />of this proceeding h"s been Maid by this petitioner,and that this petitioner is' entitled to a <br />decree as prayed in her petition. <br />The court further finds that s4id John S.Bach has an undivided three - sixteenths interest <br />in and to the following described real estate to -wit: Lots One (1) and Two (2) of Block Three <br />(3) Voitle's Addition to Grand Island.Nebra.ska,and a three - sixteenths interest in an undivided c <br />half interest in Lot Fourteen (14),in Mock Two (2) and Lot One (1) in Block Three (3),and Lots <br />Twelve and Thirteen (12 "nd 13) in Block Two (2),and Lots Four,Five,Six and Seven (4,5,6,7) in <br />Block Three (3),all in Pleasant Hill Addition to Grand Islund,11"ll County,Nebra.ska; and that <br />ine- <br />upon the death of said John S.Bwch, one -half of his said interest did pass and descend,by operation <br />of law,to said Felix Bachand the other one -half to Y,a,e K.Bach,his widow,now Mae K.Sorensen,and <br />that Mae K. Sorensen is now the owner of her said interest in .said real estate. <br />1 <br />C <br />
