<br />estate of the said Minnie Graf. other of said above described children of the said Minnie Graf
<br />and Carl Gwaf,her husband ,the following described real estate,to wit:,

<br />the said corner now being u part of the highway,and running thence due north sixteen rods, thenco
<br />due east sixty rods,thence due south sixteen rods,thence due west along the South Quarter,Sectic
<br />Line of the said North -west Quarter (EW-4) of said Section Twenty -one (21), sixty rods to the plac
<br />of beginning.
