Mullin, Judge of the County Court in and for said County,do hereby certify that on the 27th day of Tgly.1920. the instrument purporting to be the last will and tee meat of Carl Porth, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 23rd day of August, 1920,said instrument to which this certificate is attached " -was duly proved,probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real personal estate of said Carl Porth,deceased,and the same wL s ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. Carl Porth, deceased. 23ow on this let day of March, x.921, this cause came on to be heard on the fin report of Chas.M.Redman,Exeeutor,of the last will and testament of Carl Porth,deeeased,and it appearing to the court from the proofs on file that notice has been given to all persons inter- ested in said estate,of the filing of said report,as required by law and by the order of this court and it further appearing to the court after full examination that the account exhibited b said Executor is correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed,and it further appe ing that said Executor has accounted for all of said estate which has come into his hands it is therefore, ORDFRFD,AD,TUDGFD AND DECRFFD that the report of the said Chas.M. Redman. Executor of the last and testament of Carl Porth,deceased,be,and the same is approved as and for his final report. The court further finds that notice of said estate was given to all creditors of said estat 11 in the manner provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said deceused;that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that q11 claims filed and allowed against said estate hi-ve been fully paid and satisfied;that the funeral expenses of f said deceased and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all out- standing claims against said estate not filed,if any such there be,are forever barred and exclud��ed. It is the ref ore, ORDFRFD,ADrUDGED AND DECREED by the court that all persons are forever bar from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of said Carl Porth,deceased, and that such estate is fully settled and closed, The court further finds that said Executor has received in cash from all sources, the sum of $7706.10;that he has expended in cash in the course of said administrati.on,i.ncluding the payment made to the different legatees on account of their distributive shares, the sum of $7706,'10; that other items of personal property including growing crops and government bonds have been dis°tribited among the different heirs at law and legatees and there is no personal property of any kind or description now in the hinds of said Executor and the Executor has fully accounted for all of the property coming into his hands or to his knowledge or possession. It is therefore ordered that the said Executor be discharged and his bondsmen released. The court finds that the said Carl Porth departed this life on the 21st dray of June,1920 leaving a last will and testament which was admitted to probate on the 23d day of August,1920. The court finds that the said Carl Porth died seized us the owner in fee simple of the full described reAl estate situated in the County of Hall,Stute of Nebraska,to -wit; The West One -ha if Mg') of Section Twenty -one (21) in Township Nine (9) North of Range Ten (10) West of the 6" P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska• ng 1 fl 1 1 1
