<br />north,rd.n.ge ten (10),and the following piece or parcel of land,to wit;commencing at the south we
<br />corner of the northwest quarter of section twenty one (21) In township nine P) north,range ten
<br />(10),Haa.11 c'ou.nty,according to government survey,the said corner now being part of the highway,
<br />and running thence due north sixteen (16),rode.thence due east sixty (60) rods,thence due south
<br />sixteen (16) rods,thence due west along the south quarter section line of the said quarter sec-
<br />tion sixty (60) rods to the place of beginning,aa,ll being, in Hall Ccunty,Nebrasku,subject,howeve
<br />to the provisions contained in parugr4ph three (3) here of,as to the use, occup&ncy and control
<br />there of during the natural life of my said daughter Anna Uden,and I give and bequeath to the
<br />children, the issue of marriage of Minnie Graf and Carl Graf, the south half of the north half

<br />natural life of my said beloved daughter Anna Uden.
<br />7th Par. I give and bequeath all the residue of my personal property of every kind and nat
<br />to my aforesaid beloved son Charles h.Porth,4nd my daughters Anna Uden,and Minnie Graf,share and
<br />share alike.
<br />8th Par. I do appoint and name Chas N:. Redman of Doniphan, Nebraska, executor of this my last
<br />will and testament, by revoking all former wills by me made,and direct that he shall be
<br />paid for so acting out of my personal property,as a part of the expenses of administering the
<br />said estate,the sum of Two Hundred Dollars (4200.00). In witness whereof I have here unto
