<br />(NWJ) of section twenty one (21).in township nine (9) North,range ten (10).west of the 6th P.Y.
<br />in the county of Hall.save and except the portion there described as follows,to -wit: commencing
<br />at the south west corner of the North west quarter of the said section.according to the govern-
<br />ment survey, the said corner now being a part of the highway,und running thence due north sixtee
<br />(16) rode.thence due east sixty (60) rods.thence due south sixteen (16) rods.thence due west
<br />along the south quarter section line of the said quarter sixty (60) rods to the place of beginni
<br />ing,which is reserved from the operation of this paragraph of this will.
<br />I further give,devise and bequeath to my beloved son. Charles A.Porth, the east fifty four

<br />to government survey, the said corner now being a part of the highway,and running thence due norfh
