Deceased.. ) Nor, on this 2nd day of March,1921, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report of John P.Karle,Administrator of said estate,and his petition for a final settlement thereof,and it appearing to the Court,from the proof on file herein, that John P.Karle and William i.Karle,the only heirs 66t law of laid deceased,and the only persons interested in said estate,had approved,in writing,the said final report of said Administrator,, and that all persons interested in said estate,including aaid heirs,had waived in writing any further time,publication or notice of the filing of said report,46nd asked that the said be duly approved and allowed as his final report,and the Court,upon examination thereof,finds aaid report to be in all respects correct,and that same should be duly allovmd as the final report of said Administrator. The Court further finds,from the proof on file herein, that due and legal notice,as required by law and the orders of this Court,has been given to all creditors of said estate and persons having claims against same,of the time and place for filing same,that said time has expired and that all claims filed against said estate,together with costs of administrati0n,have been fully paid by said Administrator, and that all other claims not fi led, if any exist,are forever barred and precluded.. The Court further finds that said Michael Ka.rle died intestate at his home in Hull County, Nebraska,on August 1,1918;tha.t he was a widower at the time of his death,his wife having pre- ceded him in death;that he left surviving him,asl� his heirs and only heirs at law,his two sons, William H.Karle and John P.Karle,both of Grand Isla.nd,Nebrska.,and both over twenty -one years of age;that he died seized in fee simple of the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska. to -wit; The northeast quarter of the southwest quarter,a.nd the south half of the southwest quarter,of Section Fifteen (15),wnd the west half of the northwest quarter of Section Twenty -two (22),all in Township Eleven (ll),North,R&.nge Ten (10) West,which said real estate did,upon his death,by operation of law,pass and descend in equal shares to his said sons,William H.Karle and John P. Karle,as tenants in comrrmon,and to their heirs and assigns,fordver,a.nd - the same is so awarded tc them;that said deceased was also the owner,at the time of his death,of school land leases with the hate of Nebra.ska,numbered 50431 and 13582,Covering the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter and the south half of the southeast quarter,of Section Sixteen (16),in Township Eleven (11),North of Range Ten (10) West,in Hall County, lie braska. and that same stood in the name of ht.Karle,whose full and true name was Lichael K"rle,and that upon his death,the said leases,and all interests of his said estate,ar Lessee and assignee under said leases,passed and descended to the said Tilliatn li.Kyrle and John P.Karle,in equal shares,as tenants in common,a.nd are so awarded to them,a.nd the said John 'd.K4rle,us Administrator of his estate,is hereby authorized to duly assign said leuses,and all interests ofsaid estate thereinto the said William H.Karle qnd John 2. Ke -rle. The Court further finds that the said Administr4tor nas accounted for G.11 and singu"r -�f the property and estate coming into his hands as Administrator, and has disbursed same in full, and that there Still remains in his hands on said farm,as the joint property of said John P. Karle and said estate,8 head of horses and colts,28 head of yearling calves,3 head of sucking calves,20 head of cows,one bull,33 head of mixed cattle in feed lot,60 head of hogs,a.nd variou amounts of grain,as @et forth in said report,and farm machinery as therein.which is being uedd by the said John .Ka,rle and William H.
