<br />of ) FINAL DECREE.
<br />Claus Schuett,Deceased.. ) Now on this 11th d"y of December,1920,this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of M,,rgaretha Schuett,executrix of the past Will and Testament of
<br />Claus Schuett, deceased.
<br />On consideration of said report,the files and the evidence the court finds that said exeout -1
<br />rix has accounted for all of the estate of said deceased which came to her possession or under
<br />her control,has paid the legacies provided for in said will as well as the costs of administra-
<br />tion and that there remains no property in her hands belonging to said estate,and that her re-
<br />Dort is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed.
<br />The court finds that notice was given to all creditors of the said Claus Schuett as to the
<br />time limited a.nd place appointed for filing claims against said estate,as required by law and
<br />the order of court,and that the time so allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that all
<br />claims outst"tding._.-against said deceased not so filed,if arty such there be,are therefore forever
<br />barred and excluded..
<br />The court finds that the said Claus Schuett departed this life on the 27th day of Apri1.1920�
<br />being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska.4nd that he left a last will
<br />and testament which instrument was duly proved,allowed and admitted to probate in this court
<br />on the 3rd day of ,Tuly,1920."nd recorded in this office..
<br />The court further finds that the said Claus Schuett died seized in fee of the following
<br />described real estate situate in the County of 114.11 and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The North East Quarter (NE-41) of Section Twenty -two (22), in Township Twelve (12), in Range
<br />Eleven (11),west of the 6th P.M.
<br />The court finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of said last will and testament
<br />all of the above mentioned and described real estate did p"ss and descend at the death of the
<br />tasta,tor, to bargaretha Sc #uett,his widow, in absolute title.
<br />It is ,therefore,consi.dered,edjudged and decreed by the court that all of the right,title
<br />and interest of the said Claus Schuett in and to the above mentioned and described real estate
<br />: did pass and descend at his death,under the provisions of his last will and testament,to Mar-
<br />guretha Schuett in fee..
<br />It is further CONSIDERED,An.TUDGED AND DECREED 393Y the court that all persons are forever
<br />bG.rred,excluded and precluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estati
<br />of Claus Schuett,deceased.
<br />It is further considered by the Court that the report of 1lai rgaretha Schuett, Executrix, be and
<br />the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final account and she is discharged -'of
<br />her trust and her bond is released.

<br />is a correct transcript thereof,and of the whole of such original reeord;that said Court is a
<br />Court of Record having a seal,whi.ch seal is hereto uttuched;that said Court has no Clerk author
<br />ized to sign cerfificates in his own name,and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of
<br />the Records of said Court,and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
