Cowell in and to said real estate did pass and descend at his death in the manner following: To Henrietta Cowell,his widow one third part thereof in fee. To Mabel Vern Schlichting,daughter,one third part thereof; To Elmer E. Cowell one third part thereof, the shares going to the children of deceased being subject to the homestead rights of the said Henrietta Cowell therein.
