<br />Lawson P. C;owell;Deceased.. ) Now on this 5th day of February,1921, this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report of Henrietta Coweli,Administratrix of the estate of Lawson F.Cove
<br />deceased,after due notice by publication to all persons interested as required by law and the
<br />order of court dated Jiinuary 22,1921,4nd there being no objection or protest on file.
<br />On consideration of said report and the evidence the court finds that the said Henrietta
<br />Cowell has accounted for all of said estate which came into her possession,hws paid the costs
<br />of administration,and that there remains no personal property in her hands for distribution.
<br />The court finds that legal notice was given to all creditors as to the time allowed and plat,
<br />appointed for filing claims against the estate of Lawson P.Cowell;that the time ao allowed for
<br />filing claims has fully expired and that all claims outstanding against said deceased and not
<br />so filed,if any such there be,are forever barred "nd excluded.
<br />The court finds that the said Lawson P.Cowell departed this life on the 25th day of January =,,
<br />1919,being at the time of his death a rAsident of Hall County. Nebri:Jkaa,and that he died intestat,
<br />leaving surviving him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law, the following named persons.
<br />Henrietta Cowell,his widow,and 14Abel Vern Schlichting,his daughter,and Elmer E.Cowell,his
<br />son.
<br />The court further finds that the said Lawson P.Cowell died seized in fee of the following
<br />described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
