I IGLBZ E 683 � The Court finds that Lots 7 & 8 in Block 5 of the original Town of Cairo,,Nebraska,has been sold by order of the District Court of Hall County ,Nebraska, for the purpose of paying debts against the estate and that the proceeds of said sale are accounted for in the report of the Administrator filed herein. The Court finds that the school lease on Section 36 in Township 25 Range 24 Brown County, h"s been assigned by the Administrator with the Will Annexed to the heirs at law of deceased in the proportions named in the will of deceased wherein he devises his real estate and personal propet~ty,to -wit: one -third to his widow and the remaining two - thirds between his children-,name1j: Cecil Flebbe,Dorothy'Flebbe,George Flebbe and.Kenneth Flebbe. The Court finds that the real estate described as follows: The North -east 4 of Section 23 and the South j of the South -east 4 of Section 14 in Township 23 Range 52 it Morrill County,Nebraska,wus sold to one William N.Thompson by deceased prior to his death,said sale be uncompleted at the time of death and that the Administrator has con- sumated said sale and has accounted for the proceeds thereof in his report filed in this estate That by the provisions of the last will and testament of the said George Flebbe, Deceased, the real estate of which he died possessed and which has not been disposed of in the course of administration as hereinbefore mentioned did pass and descend as follows: Lots 1 -2- & 3 in Block 2 of Second Addition to Cairo,Hall County, Nebraska, an undivided one -third interest in fee simple to Emu V.Flebbe,the widow of the said George Flebbe,Deceased, To Cecil Flebbe,Dorothy Flebbe,George Flebbe and Kenneth Flebbe,each an undivided one -sixth in- terest in fee simple,sub,ject to the homestead interest of the said Emma V.Flebbe,widow. To Emma V.Flebbe,widow,an undivided one -third interest in and to the following described estate and to Cecil Flebbe,Dorothy Flebbe,George Flebbe and Kenneth Flebbe,each and undivided one-sixth interest in and to the following described real estate,to -wit: The West one -half of the South -west one- quarter of the North -west quarter (Wj of the SW4 of the NW-fl of Section 15 in Township 12 Range 13 in Buffalo County, Nebraska.
