<br />I,J.H.Mullin,Judg,e of the County Court in and for said County,do hereby
<br />certify that on the 20th day of November, 1918. the instrument purporting to be the last will and
<br />testament of George Flebbe,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 16th day of
<br />December 1918,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly p roved,probated and
<br />allowed as the lb.st will and testament of the real personal estate of said George Flebbe,deceased
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS r'HERHOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this

<br />Now on this 11" day of December,1920,this cause came on to be
<br />heard on the final report of Grover C.Raven,Admi.nistrator with the Will Annexed of the Estate
<br />of George Flebbe,Deceused,and it appearing to the Court from the proof's on file that all persons
<br />Interested in said estate have had notice thereof as required by law and by the order of this
<br />Court,and it further appearing: to the Court after a full examination that the account exhibited
<br />by the said Administrator is correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed and it
<br />further appearing that said Administrator has accounted for all of said estate which has come
<br />Into his hands it is, therefore,
<br />OWERED.AD.TUDGED AND DECRFFD that the report of the said Grover C.Raven,Administr4tor with
<br />the Will Annexed of the Estate of George Flebbe,Deceased,be and the same is approved as and for
<br />his final report.
<br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all the creditors of said estate in the
<br />canner provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of ti
<br />said deceased;that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims filed and
<br />allowed against said estate have been fully paid end satisfied;that the funeral expenses of said
<br />deceased and the c:vs,t. of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all outstandir
<br />claims against said estate not filed,if any such there be,are forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is the ref ore,ORXF,RFD,AD.TUDGrT) AYD DECREFT) by the Court that all persons are forever barred
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said George Flebbe,De
<br />ceased,and that such estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Administrator has received in cash from all sources the sum
<br />of $10,397.56. That he has paid out,in the course of the administration of said estate on
<br />account of bills against the estate,costs of administering said estate and the shares of the
<br />heirs at law,legatees and devisees after said bills and costs were paid,the sum of $10,397.56.
<br />That he has accounted for all of the estate that has come to his possession and that he should
<br />be discharged and his bondsmen released,
<br />It is therefore, ORDFRED,ADJTUDGED AND DFCRFED that the said Administrator with the Will annexed
<br />of the Estate of the said George Flebbe,Deceased,be discharged and his bondsmen released.
