<br />exist,are therefore forever barred and excluded.The bourt further finds that no ciaims were file
<br />against said estate.
<br />The court finds that the said Wunibald Wolf departed this life on the 5th day of Tuly,1918,
<br />being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,and that he left a last will
<br />4nd testament which instrument was duly proved,allowed and admitted to probate on the 3rd day
<br />of August,1918,in this court and entered of record.
<br />The court further finds that the said Wunibald Wolf died seized in fee of the following des-
<br />cribed real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit:
<br />Lots Eight (8) and )`line (9) in Block Four (4) in Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island)
<br />Lots Three (3) and Five (5) in Block Twenty -one (21) in Scarff's Addition to West Lawn in the
<br />City of Grand Island;
<br />Lots Ten (10) and Thirteen (13) in Hayman' s Sub-Division of the Test One -half (W-�') of the
<br />Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty -five (25 ), in, Township. Eleven (11), in Range Ten (10),
<br />West of the 6th P.M.,and consisting of about ten acres;
<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2),in Block Twenty (20),in W"smer's Addition to the City of Grand Islan
<br />It is found by the court that under and by virtue of the provisions of his last will and test
<br />ament all of the right, ti tle and interest of the said Wunib"ld Wolf in and to the above mentio
<br />and described real estate did pass and descend at his death in the manner following:
<br />To St.11ary's Catholic Church of Grand Island,Nebra.ska.Lots Number Eight (8) and Nine (9) in
<br />Block number Four (4) in Rollins' Addition to the City of Grand Island,and Lots Number Three (3)
<br />and Five (5) in Block Twenty-one (21) in Sca,rffl s Addition to West Lawn, in the City of Grand Is-
<br />land.To 1A.B14nca Kohler,lots tan (10) and Thirteen (13) in Hayma.n's Subdivision of the West One -
<br />half (W2) of the Northwest Quarter (IM-4) of Section Twenty -five (25),in Township Eleven (11),,
<br />j in Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M.,consisting of about ten acres and being the sane lots ix�e-
<br />queuthed to the testator by Tosiah W.Noble.
<br />To M.rBlanca Kohler,Lots Number One (1) and Two (2) in Block Number Twenty (20),in Wasmer's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island.
<br />It is, the ref ore, CONSIDFRED,APTUDGED AND DECREED that Lots number Eight (8) and ?line (9),in
<br />Block.Four (4),in Rollins' Addition to the City of Grand Islrxnd,and lots number Three (3) and
<br />Five (5) in Mock Twenty -one (21) in Scarff's Addition to West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />all in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of the said Wunibald Wolf,under
<br />and by virtue of the provisions of his last will and testament and codicil thereto,to St.&Ary's
<br />Catholic Church of Grand Isiand,Nebraska,in absolute title,and that Lots number Ten (10) and
<br />Thirteen (13),in Hayman's Sub- division of the West one -half (WZ) of the North -west Quarter (NW J
<br />of Section (25),in Township Eleven (11),in Range Ten (10),west of the 6th P.M.,in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,4nd Lots number One (1) and Two (2),in j3lock Twenty (20),in Wasmer's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, in Hall County , Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of the said Wunil
<br />Wolf,dunder and by virtue of the provisions of his last will and testament and the codicil there-
<br />to,to M.Blanco Kohler,in absolute title and the court awards said real estate to the devisees
<br />here named.
<br />It is further considered and decreed bi the court that all persons are forever barred.excludtd
<br />:end preluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands of any nature ..gui.nst the estate
